Established in 1992, the company is an architecture and urban design consultancy with offices in Dublin, Cork and London. They are a practice which focuses on humane contemporary design, with emphasis on quality in all aspects of the services we offer and at all stages of the design and delivery process. Urban design, regeneration, masterplanning and strategic area planning are a particular focus within the practice. The practice has completed projects ranging in size from city centre infill site masterplanning to urban extensions and new neighbourhood urban planning. We have a wide experience in organising stake holder consultation and managing multi-disciplinary teams of consultants. Due to the ever expanding work load of the London office, they are now looking to recruit a UK qualified Architect with experience of managing Design & Build Residential projects. Ideally the candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of managing projects on site, dealing with external contractors, supporting the contractor, leading the design team, assisting with the working drawing program, and ensuring the project comes in within the agreed dead lines.It is essential that you are a qualified UK Pt 3 Architect, who has an excellent understanding of UK Building regs, able to produce work using AutoCAD, and can also produce some designs of their own.Our is offering an initial contract of 12 month which could lead to either a continuation of this contract or a permanent position, all depending on work load.For more information about this contract Architect job London, please contact Dean Love on 08452 222 228 or on dean.love@idl.uk.net.
