Our client are looking to hire an ambitious, qualified, architect who can deliver the work load today, but have the capability over the next 12 to 24 months to grow into a fully rounded business architect capable of winning and delivering new business revenues. At this point, the right individual would be offered an equity directorship within the business to ensure they benefit from the success of the practise.
The client would like a UK qualified Architect who has a minimum of 4 years experience of working on luxury residential developments in London, who is able to demonstrate an ability to produce front end designs, manage projects, liaise with clients and have an indepth knowledge of contract documentation and administration.
It will be essential that you are able to manage projects on site, and also delegate workload effectively and manage external contractors and consultants.
